The training establishment required a faster, more controlled way to move from raw technical source material to assured training content, while preserving full traceability from the original requirement through to final delivery.

Solution

Agilexe deployed its integrated Shadow, Schema, and Sphere pipeline to create a single workflow from raw requirement to delivered training content.

Shadow enabled the establishment to ingest unstructured source material directly into the system. Manufacturer documentation, technical manuals, and raw data sets could be analysed and converted into structured training requirements, removing one of the biggest bottlenecks in the traditional training analysis phase.

Schema then used those requirements to structure the training design, producing traceable curricula aligned to the defined operational need. This included four complex engineering courses wrapped around a foundation degree qualification.

Sphere completed the pipeline by generating structured delivery materials for instructors. Instead of beginning with a blank canvas, instructors received an assured framework they could refine, contextualise, and improve using their own subject matter expertise.
